THE POLYGRAPH PROCESS
Scheduling Appointments
Advance scheduling is imperative to ensure punctuality and manage workflow efficiently. Due to high demand, my calendar may be fully booked up to a week in advance. Prompt scheduling is advised to secure your desired time slot. A deposit of 50% is required upon booking to confirm the appointment, with the remaining balance due upon delivery of the final report.
Pre-Test Preparation
I request that you furnish me with comprehensive details pertaining to the subject of the examination. Thorough preparation is a cornerstone of my practice, underpinning the precision of the outcomes. My preferred methods of communication are WhatsApp or email, due to my commitments with ongoing examinations throughout the day. Should you need to speak directly, kindly leave a message, and I will return your call at my earliest convenience.
The Examinee
Candidates for the polygraph test, referred to as "examinees," must provide explicit consent and agree to engage cooperatively in the process. The integrity of the results hinges on the examinee's voluntary participation. The following individuals are exempt from testing: pregnant women, minors under the age of sixteen, individuals with mental disabilities, and those under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Day of the Examination
Prior to the commencement of the test, a brief consultation with you or your designated representative will take place. I require approximately 15 minutes for the setup of equipment and final preparations. The examination, which includes paperwork, interviews, and the test itself, will occur privately between the examinee and myself and will last between one to two hours. For mutual protection and for potential use in formal proceedings, the session will be recorded. The results will be discussed with you, and a comprehensive report will be provided via email by the end of the day.
Post-Examination Protocol
The course of action following a determination of deception during the polygraph is at the discretion of the client. I offer investigative services to further examine the matter, striving to procure admissions or confessions from the individuals involved. My approach is to construct a robust case fortified by incontrovertible and corroborative evidence that will withstand scrutiny in disciplinary or criminal legal proceedings. Should further investigation not be requisite, my expertise as a qualified polygraph examiner can augment any internal inquiries by providing sworn testimony.
